1 package frozen broccoli (preferably from Aldi)

1 tbsp  olive oil

 garlic cloves, finely chopped

1/2 red bell pepper, sliced ​​into strips

100 g crumbled feta cheese

A handful of cashews or walnuts (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

A pinch of chili flakes (for the adventurous)

Juice from half a lemon

Preparation: Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the broccoli. Cook for 3-4 minutes, until slightly tender and crispy. Drain and rinse with cold water. Vegetables

Add the bell pepper and sauté for 2-3 minutes, then add the broccoli. Season with salt, pepper and chili flakes and drizzle with lemon juice.

Finally, add the feta cheese and walnuts and stir gently. Heat briefly until the cheese has melted slightly.
