He cuts cabbage and makes the most delicious, quick dinner in the world!
The whole family loves this easy-to-prepare dish. Plus, it’s not only cheap but also healthy!
You will need the following items:
One kilogram of cabbage;
Three eggs;
Breadcrumbs;
Salt and ground black pepper;
Fat preferred for frying.
How to do it:
Take the cabbage and cut it into quarters, retaining the fibers (otherwise the leaves will fall apart). Then, soak the cabbage in boiling water for five minutes.
Crack three eggs into a bowl, whisk them together, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour the breadcrumbs into a second bowl.
Dip the cabbage piece by piece in the egg, then in the breadcrumbs, then in the egg again. Fry in hot oil on both sides!
